Independent cargo survey and superintendent attendance at vessel-to-vessel interfaces, with observations and reporting matched to the operation and agreed instructions.
Operational oversight
We can attend the relevant stages of a ship-to-ship transfer, witness measurements and representative sampling, review documents, and record operational timings and observations. Attendance can support quantity and quality control for petroleum cargo movements.
Each assignment is scoped to the cargo, location, vessels and client instructions. We provide real time updates during attendance so the client can follow progress and any emerging issues.
Planning your transfer
Send the vessel names, location, cargo grade, approximate quantity, transfer window and requested scope. We will discuss the coverage and reporting needed.
